b'National Education Campaign PlanThe lies and misinformation spread by the abortion industry and media must be met head on. Initial focus will be placed on regions where pro-life policies or leaders are under the greatest attack. Rather than focusing on major television buys that are preferred by many experts, NRLC is following extensive study conducted by our state affiliates. By leveraging digital and streaming services, content and messaging can be tailored for audiencesespecially younger voters. Targeted billboards/outdoor advertising can reach specific niche audiences and push legacy media to cover stories they would not otherwise. While social media companies might censor certain pro-life content, many billboard companies have a history of being more supportive of free speech.Highlights of our educational plan:National digital, texting and billboards (in target states) dispelling lies about ectopic pregnancy and child development and educating Americans about the benefits of policies like those outlined in NRLCs roadmap.Peer-to-peer texting, engaging trained NRLC affiliate leaders with people in their state on a scale not yet seen. Subtotal, $5,000,000: Target voters under 45 years of age in Arizona, Arkansas, Montana, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, Georgia, South Dakota and other key regions.
